Install in Sevak

  1. Open Settings → Appearance → Theme editor.
  2. Choose Browse online themes. This is the only request Sevak makes, and only when you click.
  3. Find GitHub Dark and choose Install. Sevak checks the SHA-256 before saving the file to your themes folder.
  4. Select the theme in the editor to apply it.

Nothing is requested until you click, and no account is needed. A new listing reaches released builds with the next release.

What to expect: runs no code

It is a plain color file: it holds no code and nothing in it can run. Sevak checks that it parses and shows contrast ratings in the editor. Read Gallery trust for how listings are checked.

Verify the download

Sevak does this for you on every install and refuses a file that does not match. To check it yourself, download the file and compare its SHA-256 with the value below.

FileSHA-256
GitHub-Dark.toml2b3c7cf1a5feab7b34d6ad4cfa0f026b4eca676e5f4f1b4a08d0b683b8bcdab8
Windows (PowerShell) Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 GitHub-Dark.toml
macOS shasum -a 256 GitHub-Dark.toml
Linux sha256sum GitHub-Dark.toml

The hash is of the file as committed to the repository. Released builds of Sevak read the list pinned to their own release.
